At the conclusion of the business sustainability program you will have developed a comprehensive Sustainability Action Plan. This plan will serve as the basis for action by Management or an Environmental Committee to help introduce workplace sustainable practices across the organisation.
The Sustainability Action Plan has been designed to include the following key elements:
- Overall objective
- Details of the action step required
- Position Title of the person who will be responsible for ensuring the action step is completed
- The date of when the action step is expected to be completed
- An indication of the level of effort (time, cost and resources)required to complete the action step – designated as High (H), Medium (M) or Low (L)
- An indication of the level of impact that completion of the action step will create – designated as High (H), Medium (M) or Low (L)
